Privacy notice

This notice explains what data we receive when you send us an enquiry through this website, why we need it, who we entrust it to and what you can request.

1. Who processes your data

The controller is Hranj Electrical Services d.o.o. Company details are listed at the bottom of this page. For any questions about your data, write to alen.hranj@hes.hr.

2. What data we process

When you send an enquiry through the form:

  • your name and email address,
  • your phone number, if you enter it,
  • the type of enquiry and the description you enter,
  • the contents of your cart: items, quantities and list prices, and for tool rental the rental period,
  • the page language and the time of sending.

If you email or call us, we process what you send or tell us that way.

The website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Your browser stores only the contents of your cart and the theme you chose, light or dark. They do not leave your device until you send an enquiry.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

  • Answering your enquiry, preparing a quote and reserving tools: steps we take at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
  • Job applications: likewise, considering an application is a step before entering into an employment contract.
  • Protecting the form from abuse (limiting the number of enquiries and a hidden field against bots): our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Who we entrust your data to

We use three service providers to run the website. They process data only on our instructions.

Supabase

Resend

Netlify

Beyond them, we share data only when required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Tool reservations are kept for as long as the enquiry they came from and are deleted together with it.

6. Your rights

At any time you can request:

  • access to the data we hold about you,
  • correction of inaccurate data,
  • erasure of your data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • portability of the data you have given us.

You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to alen.hranj@hes.hr.
